摘要:NOVELTY - 3-sterone- delta 1-dehydrogenase gene comprising: fully defined 1740 nucleotides (SEQ ID NO: 1), as given in the specification; or fully defined 579 amino acid residues (SEQ ID NO: 2), as given in the specification or nonsense mutation sequence of protein, is new. USE - The dehydrogenase genetically engineered strain is useful in transformation of 3-keto-steroid compound e.g. androstane-4-ene-3,17-dione into boldenone (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The gene: realizes the microbial transformation production of the steroid compound; improves the production efficiency and product quality of the steroid medicine production system; reduces the production cost; and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) an expression vector comprising the nucleotide sequence of the 3-sterone- delta 1-dehydrogenase gene; and (2) a genetically engineered strain for high efficient expression of 3-sterone- delta 1-dehydrogenase, where the genetically engineered strain expresses the amino acid sequence of the 3-sterone- delta 1-dehydrogenase (SEQ ID NO: 2) or its nonsense mutation sequence.
