摘要: 探讨了溶剂、温度及pH值对明胶膜性能的影响,并以甲醛和戊二醛为交联剂,采用溶液交联和蒸汽交联两种方法对明胶膜进行交联改性。研究结果表明:相对于溶液交联,甲醛蒸汽交联所得膜的拉伸强度从25 MPa上升到42 MPa,戊二醛交联的膜的拉伸强度从15 MPa上升到40 MPa,而溶胀率和溶出率均有所下降,蒸汽交联的膜的性能优于溶液交联的膜。
Influence of solvent,temperature and pH value on the properties of gelatin films was investigated in this paper.The mechanical,swelling and dissolution properties of gelatin films crosslinked with formaldehyde in the solution and vapor, with glutaraldehyde (GTA) in the solution and vapor were investigated respectively.In comparison with the solution crosslinking ,the tensile strength of gelatin films crosslinked with formaldehyde and GTA in the vapor increased from 25MPa to 42MPa,15MPa to 40MPa,but the swelling and dissolution rate decreased.The date suggest that the properties of gelatin films crosslinked in the vapor are better than that crosslinked in the solution.
