摘要:通过对聚丙烯(PP)表面共价接枝改性,研究聚丙烯无铬无钯化学镀工艺及接枝层对镀层性能的影响。通过控制接枝时间调节PP表面接枝率,采用离子交换手段将Ni^(2+)固定在基体表面;用NaBH_4将固定的Ni^(2+)还原为单质Ni^0作为化学镀过程中的催化剂。使用红外衰减全反射光谱(ATR/FT-IR)、能谱扫描(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)、电化学工作站等进行表征。结果表明:经过接枝改性的PP板可以成功进行化学镀镍磷合金,镀层与基体的结合力和镀速均随接枝率上升而增大,镀层的耐蚀性能则随接枝率上升而下降。
Polypropylene(PP)surface was modified by covalent grafting and effects of grafted layer on palladium-and chromium-free electroless plating processes were studied.Grafting rates were controlled by grafting time.Ni2+was attached on PP surface via ion exchange,which was reduced by sodium borohydride to form Ni0 as seeding catalysts.Samples were characterized by attenuated total reflection fourier transformation infrared spectrometer(ATR/FTIR),energy-spectrum scanning(EDS),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and electrochemical workstation.The results show that the modified PP can successfully be used for electroless plating of Ni-P alloy.Adhesion strength and plating speed increase with the increase of grafting rates,while the plating corrosion resistance decreases.
