摘要:Al3+ detection: Mononucleotide-modified metal nanoparticles (mnMNPs) can be used as a colorimetric probe for selective and sensitive detection of Al3+ (see figure). The aggregation of mnMNPs is selectively and sensitively induced by Al3+; this allowed the rapid colorimetric analysis of Al3+ without any prior sample preparation and specific instruments. This method can also be used for monitoring Al 3+ changes on the living cellular surfaces under physiological conditions. Copyright ? 2012 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
