摘要:用丁腈橡胶 ( NBR)作增容剂研究了 PVC和聚烯烃弹性体 ( POE)共混体系的结构与性能 ,发现 NBR的增容效果良好 ,采用动态硫化的加工方法效果更佳。借助于 DSC和扫描电镜( SEM)对体系的结构特性进行研究 ,实验结果体现了不相容聚合物共混体系中的增容
By adding NBR to PVC/POE composite system, the mechanical properties of this composite were improved especially when it was prepared by dynamic vulcanization. When the weight content of NBR was 9%, the tensile strength reached maximum. The broken elongation increased with the increase of NBR. Studies of the structure and properties of the composite prove that NBR can compatibilize the PVC/POE system. The “island sea” phase structure of this compatibilizing system is uniform and stable.
