摘要:系统研究了碳酸钠活化粉煤灰提取铝过程中铝、铁、硅的酸浸出规律。高温条件下,碳酸钠与粉煤灰中的莫来石反应形成霞石,同时释放出CO2;粉煤灰中铝、铁的酸浸规律一致,但铁更容易被浸出;烧结碳酸钠-粉煤灰样品中硅浸出发生在体系由烧结状态向完全熔融过渡的阶段,超过2%的氧化硅可以被浸出。
Acid leaching of A1, Fe and Si from sintered mixture of sodium carbonate (SC) and fly ash (FA) was investigated in this research. The results showed that nepheline was formed in the reaction of SC and mullite from FA, accompanied with the release of CO2. Leaching behavior of Fe was the same as that of AI, however, Fe was extracted easier. Silica was leached from SC-FA mixture started transferring to complete melting from sintering state, and more than 2 % of silica was leached.
