摘要：利用超细金属锌粉、铬酐、有机还原剂等制备了耐蚀性优异的锌铬膜涂层,采用正交试验方法讨论了各组分的影响,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X-衍射(XRD)以及电化学方法研究了锌铬膜的组成和结构及其对耐蚀性的影响。
A novel excellent corrosion resistant coating, Zn-Cr film, was prepared with fine zinc powder chromic (acid) anhydride and organic reductant etc. The effects of components were discussed through the quadrature experiment. The composition and structure of Zn-Cr film as well as the corrosion resistance were also studied using SEM, XRD and electrochemical methods.
