摘要:熔铁催化剂对 F- T( Fischer- Tropsch)合成具有较高的活性 ,耐磨强度好 ,价格低廉 ,至今在 F- T合成中仍具有相当重要的地位 .F- T合成液相产物中的化学族组分的相对含量及烷、烯烃的分布是考察操作条件的重要指标 ,通过熔铁催化剂在单管固定床反应器中的 F- T合成反应 ,对不同工艺参数条件下所得产物中的液态烃进行色谱分析后 ,得到了合成的液态烃产物随操作参数的变化规律 ,尤其是得出了液态烃产物中的烯 /烷的相对变化的规律 .
Fused iron catalyst has not only good activity for Fishcer-Tropsch synthesis and excellent attrition resistance, but also cheaper than other catalysts. Consequently, for the process of indirect liquefaction of coal and GTL (gas-to-liquids), fused iron catalyst is very important for F-T synthesis. The contents of components of chemical group and the regularities of distribution of alkene and alkane are very valuable guidelines under investigating the operation parameters in the Fishcer-Tropsch synthesis. Based on Fischer-Tropsch synthesis with fused iron catalyst in a fixed bed reactor, the liquid hydrocarbon under different operation parameters with gas chromatogram was analyzed; the distribution disciplinarian of liquid hydrocarbon was obtained. Especially the disciplinarian of the rate of alkene to alkane was obtained.
