摘要：The metabolic process of microorganisms (B05)utilizing hydrocarbons as the sole carbonsource at 73℃ was studied.The results show that the crude oil were degraded by Microorganism B05 and produced the main metabolites of organic acids,biosurfactants,and gases.The fluid properties of the crude oil and recovery could be improved through the effect of microbial metabolism and metabolites on oil/rock/water
