摘要：分析了热流道喷嘴在注射压力下的疲劳强度问题。提出了壳体壁厚的设计计算方法。喷嘴与流道板间螺纹联接时,还必须校核喷嘴壳体承受弯曲变形下的强度。
This paper is analyzed for fatigue strength of hot runner nozzle body. To compute method of wall thickness of nozzles are introduced. If nozzles were screwed in a manifold, strength of nozzle body on bend deform should be checked.
