摘要：随着继续教育以学历为主的"补偿式"教育式微,终身教育的兴起,继续教育为适应市场的发展,需要改变原来单一供给结构,转变观念,优化体制,通过供给侧结构性改革,丰富继续教育供给侧的内容,引入现代化教学手段,改变师资结构质量,有利于扩大生源。满足市场化多元化继续教育需求,实现精准有效的教育供给,让继续教育在新的社会形态,继续为社会培育人才。
With the decline of continuing education’s function of compensating degree-oriented education, and the rise of lifelong education, continuing education needs to change the single supply mode and concepts, optimize the system structure, and strengthen structural reform of the supply side to increase the quality and efficiency of supply system and improve the education content, introduce the modern teaching methods, transform the structure and quality of the teachers’ team, achieving accurate and efficient education supply, meeting the diversified demands on continuing education under new social economy, providing qualified talents to the society.
