摘要:对阀门粘滞所引起的非线性故障进行检测和补偿方法研究。提出了一种基于OP-PV图上斜率变化,并通过设置适当阈值的方法来判断阀门是否存在粘滞故障。在基于KNOCKER补偿法的基础上,对控制输出叠加补偿信号的关键参数进行自调整改进,使控制回路得到有效补偿并使回路输出的限幅振荡现象基本消失。仿真分析及实验案例结果均验证了阀门粘滞检测和改进补偿方法的有效性。
This study investigates the detection and compensation of non-linear valve faults caused by stiction,and proposes an approach to detect the existence of valve stiction according to the slope change detection on OP-PV curves with proper threshold setting.Based on the common KNOCKER signal compensation method,a method to self-adjust the KNOCKER signal parameter is introduced to achieve for stiction compensation and to eliminate control loop limit-cycle oscillation simultaneously.The results of simulation test and real experiment case study show the feasibility of the proposed methods on the detection and compensation of valve stiction.
