摘要：通过对上海远郊土地置换研究现状进行梳理,特别是对上海试点区域土地置换的实践分析,指出土地置换中的制度真空不利于社会稳定,要通过土地所有权的提升和确定土地的经济属性来弥补,最后提出了具体的建议。
Based on sorting out the land replacement status of Shanghai suburbs and especially analyzing the land replacement practice in the pilot zones of Shanghai,the article pointed out that the lack of a land replacement system made against social stability,which should be remedied by determining the land economic attributes,and finally it put forward concrete proposals.
