摘要:以常压甲醇分解反应为基础实验测定了不同羰基硫含量和不同反应温度下甲醇合成铜基催化剂活性随时间的变化.结果表明,羰基硫含量增加时,失活速率增快;反应温度升高时,失活速率也加快.碳基硫中毒前后催化剂样品的XRD谱留证实了起催化作用的活性组分为Cu+/ZnO.应用改进的高斯-牛顿法对失活实验数据进行参数估值,获得了C207铜基催化剂羰基硫中毒的失活速率方程.
For carbonyl sulfide(COS)whether it effects the activity of methanol synthesis catalyst or not,there are two opinions.The first of them is that COS isn't a poison and the second-it is a highly specific poison. In this paper the catalyst activities varied with time were measured with various inlet COS contents and at various temperatures under atmospheric pressure on the basis of methanol decomposition reaction. The higher the COS content, the faster the rate of deactivation;the higher the temperature, the faster the rate of deactivation.By X-raydiffraction technique,it is identified that the active centre of C207 catalyst is Cu+/ZnO. The intrinsic deactivation kinetics for COS poisoning of methanol synthesis C207 Cu-based catalyst was obtained as shown in Equation(11).
