摘要:研究了负载型脱水催化剂对2-辛醇气相脱水合成2-辛烯的催化作用,由固定床反应器考察其催化性能,最佳工艺条件:温度320℃左右,空速0.35 h-1,2-辛醇转化率98%以上,2-辛烯产率96%。该催化剂稳定性好,与传统脱水催化剂相比,具有2-辛烯收率高、产品质量好和催化剂单耗低的优点。
Behaviors of supported dehydration catalyst for vapor phase synthesis of 2-octene via dehydration of 2-octanol was investigated in a fixed-bed reactor. The optimal process condition was obtained as follows: reaction temperature 320 ℃, dosage of catalyst 40 mL, LHSV 0. 35 h^-1. 2-octanol conversion of over 98% and 2-octene yield of 96% was obtained. The dehydration catalyst featured good stability, higher 2-octene yield, good product quality and lower catalyst consumption.
