摘要：大学生职业生涯规划是指学生在大学期间进行系统的职业生涯规划的过程,职业生涯规划直接影响到学生毕业的求职就业甚至未来职业生涯的成败,本文结合大学四年的学习和生活探讨大学生职业生涯规划的整体设计与分段指导。
Career design refers to the process of students,while in college,making systematic plans about their future career; it has direct bearing on whether they can find employment after graduation and succeed in their future career. This paper discusses overall career design of college students and phase guidance.
