摘要:目的:建立考察洛伐他汀质量的研究方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为XDB-C18,流动相为乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液-甲醇(5∶3∶1) ,检测波长为238nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,进样量为20μL。结果:洛伐他汀检测浓度的线性范围为2~300mg·L-1(r=0.999 9) ;平均回收率为100.6%,RSD=0.01%,最小检测量为0.4μg。结论:本方法准确、可靠,适用于洛伐他汀的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality control method for lovastatin. METHODS: The HPLC assaying was performed on Agilent XDB- C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- phosphate buffer- methanol(5 : 3 : 1) with flow rate of 1.0mL · min^-1, detection wavelength of 238nm, and sample size of 20μL. RESULTS: The linear range of lovastatin was 2--300mg · L^-1(r = 0.999 9) . The average recovery rate was 100.6%, with RSD of 0.01% and minimal detectable drug concentration of 0.4μg. CONCLUSION: The determination method was accurate, reliable and suitable for the quality control of the lovastatin.
