摘要：NOVELTY - A Bacillus subtilis expression system for secretion and expression of foreign protein comprises 1) constitutive promoter derived from Bacillus subtilis (P43 promoter); (2) Shine-Dalgarno (SD) sequence; (3) a signal peptide; (4) a multiple cloning site; and (5) protein purification tag. USE - As Bacillus subtilis expression system for secretion and expression of foreign protein; in gene engineering; for making genetically engineered bacteria Bacillus subtilis for preparation of industrial enzymes, feed enzymes and other proteins and protein drugs products (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Due to the Bacillus subtilis culture conditions, the species is safe and simple; the fermentation production is convenient, which is applicable to solid culture and liquid, submerged fermentation, does not produce endotoxin and pyrogenic lipopolysaccharide, and is consistent with international food safety certification. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1) a recombinant vector comprising the carrier and a foreign protein of coding sequence; and 2) producing protein involving culturing the genetically engineered bacteria Bacillus subtilis, and obtaining exogenous protein from the culture.
