摘要:4,5-二氮杂芴酮具有热稳定性高、可掺杂和低LUMO能级等特点,是潜在的聚合物半导体结构单元.基于4,5-二氮杂芴酮的上述特点,本文设计合成了一种含4,5-二氮杂芴酮的给受体型聚合物,并对其掺杂特性开展了研究.实验结果显示,聚合物可以被甲磺酸进行两次掺杂,并伴随着最大吸收峰的红移和溶液颜色变化.酸掺杂后聚合物还可以被碘离子进行第三次掺杂.电导测试显示掺杂前后聚合物电导率发生了明显的变化,上述结果显示4,5-二氮杂芴酮结构单元在可多次掺杂聚合物半导体方面的应用.
4,5-Diazofluorenone is a potential polymer semiconductor unit because it has high thermal stability, low LUMO energy level, and can be doped with acid. In this article, 4,5-diazofluorenone-contained donor-acceptor type polymer semiconductor is designed and synthesized. Experimental results show that the polymer can be doublly doped with mesylate acid, accompanied with the maximum solution peak absorption red-shifting and distinct color change.Interestingly, after acid doping, the polymer can be further doped with iodide ion. Film conductance measurement shows that the conductance of the polymer changes significantly before and after doping. These results demonstrate the 4,5-diazofluorenone unit can be applied into the polymer semiconductor with multiple doping character.
