摘要:研究了Cu-Cr-Zr合金通过多次大塑性变形热处理后微观组织的变化情况,比较了不同热处理温度下金相组织的形貌以及硬度。通过金相、显微硬度等分析了材料性能随热处理温度的变化情况。实验结果表明,随热处理温度的升高,材料硬度呈现持续下降的趋势;晶粒尺寸在480~520℃持续下降,在520℃时出现最低点,随后持续上升。本文对这一现象的机理进行了探究。通过实验得出,Cu-Cr-Zr合金在540℃进行保温2 h的退火,能在获得硬度较低的同时控制住晶粒的尺寸。
The microstructure changes of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy after several large plastic deformation and then heat treatment were studied,microstructure and hardness under different temperatures were compared.The relation between material properties and heat treatment temperature was analyzed by OM and micro-hardness methods.The experimental results show that the hardness of the material shows downward trend.Grain size declines continuly at 480 ℃-520 ℃,the lowest point occurs at 520 ℃,and then rises.The mechanism of this phenomenon was explored.Experiment obtains that Cu-Cr-Zr alloy can obtain the size of a lower hardness material at the same time to control the crystal grains,if annealed it by 540 ℃ and 2 h holding time.
