摘要:本文主要介绍用大网格吸附剂从发酵液中提取麦迪霉素的吸附与解吸过程的研究,包括吸附剂和解吸剂的选择、吸附与解吸条件的筛选等。结果表明:选用MD-A型吸附剂,在发酵液浓度为1500u/ml左右时,对麦迪霉素的静态吸附容量高达6.7×10~4u/g抽干树脂,比以前报道过的CAD-40吸附剂高出40%左右,动态吸附容量可达1.32×10~5u/g干树脂;所筛选到的酮类洗脱剂其解吸率可达93%以上。
The adsorption and desorption extraction processes of Midecamycin in the fermentation broth with macroreticular adsorbents in the production process were discussed.The material and experimental conditions such as, adsorbents, eluants and other relevant factors were selected and determined in the laboratory.Results showed that, (l)the static capacity of Midecamycin onto the MD-A adsorbent is as high as 6.7 × 10~4u/g of resin, from fermentation broth with a concentration of 1,500 u/ml,and is 40% higher than that of CAD-40 adsorbent reported ia the literature) (2) the dynamic capacity of Midecamycin onto the ME)-A adsorbent is 1.32×10~5 u/g of resin; (3) a kind of ketone was used as eluant with elution rate of 93%.
