摘要:用均相水解法通过调节对甲苯磺酸的添加量制备了金红石含量线性可控的纳米TiO2 粒子 ,相同条件下 ,没有加入对甲苯磺酸时 ,制备的TiO2 颗粒为纯锐钛矿晶型 .制备的纳米TiO2 颗粒 ,其单晶尺寸为 19 5nm(金红石 ) ,13 5nm (锐钛矿 ) ,比表面积 72 7m2 /g ,通过公式计算得到了制备的TiO2 纳米颗粒带隙能为 2 83eV ,比P2 5和纯锐钛矿纳米TiO2
The homogeneous hydrolysis method was proposed to synthesize nanoscale TiO2 mixed crystal. It is remarkable that the content of rutile crystal phase in TiO2 mixed crystal was controllable by the addition of toluene-p-sulfonic acid. The relationship between toluene-p-sulfonic acid and rutile phase of TiO2 was presented. TiO2 was pure anatase crystallite without the addition of toluene-p-sulfonic acid. The sample with 0.2 addition ratio of toluene-p-sulfonic acid was studied. The properties of a TiO2 sample prepared are that the size of nano-crystallite was 19.5 nm for rutile, and 13.5 nm for anatase, the specific surface area was 72.7 m(2)/g, and the energy of band gap was 2.83 eV.
