摘要:研究了以1,6-六亚甲基二氨基甲酸甲酯(HDU)和聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)为原料,有机锡为催化剂,无溶剂熔融酯交换缩聚合成聚氨酯(PU)的新工艺。其催化剂用量,缩聚反应温度,缩聚反应时间,原料配比等工艺条件对产品的分子量等有较大的影响。在原料物质的量比n(PCDL):n(HDU)=1∶0.99,以二丁基氧化锡(DBTO)为催化剂,用量为m(DBTO)∶m(HDU+PCDL)=0.125∶100,100℃预聚1h,185℃真空缩聚4h等较优的工艺条件下,可以得到分子量较高、硬度较大、白度较好的PU原产品。
Using 1,6-six methylene diamino methyl formate (HI)U) and polycarbonate glycol (PCDL) as raw materials, organic tin as catalyst, a melt transurethane polycondensation route for polyurethanes(PU) under solvent- free and nonisocyanate condition was developed. The process parameters including the catalyst dosage, polycondensation temperature, polycondensation reaction time, the ratio of raw materials had great influence on the molecular weight of products. Under the following optimum conditions: DIBUTYLTIN oxide (DBTO) as catalyst, catalyst dosage of m (DBTO): m (HDU + PCPL) = 0.125: 100, the molar ratio of HDC and PCDL ( n (PCDL) : n (HDC)) of 1:0.99, prepolymerizing under 100 ℃for 1 h, high vacuum polymerization under 185 ℃ for 4 h, original PU can be obtained with high molecular weight, good hardness and good white degree.
