摘要：新冠疫情和能源危机“双重影响”给中欧经贸关系发展带来了机遇与挑战,同时也对欧盟产业链安全造成冲击,并深深影响着中欧经贸关系的未来布局。本文选用2000~2022年的中欧双边贸易数据深入剖析了中欧经贸发展现状及其特点,分析了“双重影响”下的欧盟产业链安全问题及其对中国发展对欧经贸关系的启示。最后,本文提出了推动中欧经贸关系发展的四条实现路径:一是以绿色和数字领域为重点加强中欧经贸合作;二是加强全球宏观经济政策沟通协调;三是拓展中欧第三方市场合作;四是加快转变经济结构发展方式。
The“dual impact”of the COVID?19 and the energy crisis has brought opportunities and challenges to the development of Sino?EU economic and trade relations.Meanwhile,it also has an impact on the security of the EU industrial chain and hence has a profound impact on the future layout of Sino?EU economic and trade relations.Based on the Sino?European bilateral trade data from 2000 to 2022,this paper interprets the current situation and characteristics of Sino?European economic and trade development,and analyzes the security issues of the EU industrial chain under the“dual impact”and its implications for China's development of economic and trade relations with Europe.This paper proposes four paths to promote the development of Sino?EU economic and trade relations:First,strengthen Sino?EU economic and trade cooperation with a focus on green and digital fields;Second,strengthen communication and coordination of global macroeconomic policies;Third,expand third?party market cooperation between China and the EU;Fourth,accelerate the transformation of the development mode of economic structure.
