摘要:研究了一种合成米蚩酮的新方法。先使N,N-二甲基苯胺与甲醛缩合生成N,N,N′,N′-四甲基二氨基二苯甲烷,再在催化剂作用下用氧气(空气)进行催化氧化,制得米蚩酮。收率可达80%以上。
A new synthetic method for michler's ketone by catalytic oxidization has been investigated. N, N-dimethylaniline can be condensated with formalin in presence of catalyst, the product is then oxidized in presence of catalyst, its yield can achieve>80%.
