摘要:随着环境保护法规的日益严格,加氢工艺在炼油工业中得到了广泛的应用,氢气的消耗量大幅上升。优化氢气网络,提高氢气利用率,对炼油工业实现节能减耗、降低生产成本具有重要的理论价值和巨大的工业应用前景。当前,国内外对氢气网络进行优化的方法主要分为夹点分析法和超结构法。对夹点分析法,笔者按是否考虑了杂质、压力、提纯装置等因素进行分类,综述了其研究进展和实际应用情况。对超结构法,分别从约束条件、目标函数、模型种类和所用优化算法进行了综述。最后总结了2种方法的优点与不足,并指出了后续研究工作的方向。
With the environmental protection regulations being increasingly severe,hydrogenation process has been widely used in oil refining industry,resulting in sharp increase of hydrogen consumption.The optimization of refineries' hydrogen networks and the improvement of their utilization efficiency possessed significant theoretical value and enormous application prospects in industries.These optimization technologies can also provide great benefits to refineries' energy conservation,consumption and cost reduction.Nowadays,the methods of hydrogen network optimization are mainly divided into two types of pinch analysis related method and super structure method.The recent progress and applications of pinch analysis related method were classified by the impurity,pressure,and purification devices etc.were considered in hydrogen networks.The super structure method is divided according to the constraint,the objective function,the model type and corresponding algorithm.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were summarized,and the directions of future research work was pointed out.
