摘要：大学出版社是整个出版业的重要组成部分。近年来,大学出版社基本完成转企改制任务,企业规模实力日益增强。但在后转制时代,大学出版社依然面临出版产品结构失衡、重量不重质、人才问题突出、内部治理弊端等诸多发展困境。因此,大学出版社为实现可持续发展,必须走"人才强社、学术出版、特色化发展、校际出版社合作以及数字出版"之路。
University press is an important part of the entire publishing industry. In recent years, university press have almost completed the task of converted enterprise, which enhanced its scale and power. But in the transformation era, university press still faces many difficulties, such as imbalance in the structure of the products, emphasis on quantity rather than quality, outstanding problem in talent, internal governance abuses. Therefore, in order to achieve sustainable development, university press must value human resources, academic publishing, characteristic development, cooperation in different presses, and digital publishing.
