摘要:全过程工程咨询作为知识密集型服务,其成果的交付需要不同专业咨询团队间的知识融合,但又不可避免地面临知识边界。基于知识边界理论,分析全过程工程咨询团队间多层级知识边界(语法、语义和语用边界)对知识融合意愿的影响,旨在促进咨询团队间知识融合。对179个全过程工程咨询项目问卷调查数据进行回归分析发现,语法边界对知识融合意愿影响不显著,语义边界和语用边界正向影响知识融合意愿。此外,语用边界在语义边界和知识融合意愿间起到部分中介作用。本研究丰富了全过程工程咨询领域关于知识边界和知识融合的理论,为实践管理提供参考。
As a knowledge-intensive service,whole-process engineering consulting urgently requires knowledge integration among specialty-specific consulting teams for delivering outcomes,yet it inevitably faces knowledge boundaries.Based on the knowledge boundary theory,this study analyzes the impact of multi-level knowledge boundaries(syntactic,semantic,pragmatic)on the willingness to integrate knowledge,aiming to promote knowledge integration.Regression analysis on questionnaire survey data from 179 whole-process engineering consulting projects reveals that syntactic boundaries have no significant impact on the willingness to integrate knowledge,while semantic boundaries and pragmatic boundaries positively affect it.Additionally,pragmatic boundaries play a partial mediating role between semantic boundaries and the willingness to integrate knowledge.This study enriches the theories related to knowledge boundaries and knowledge integration in the whole-process engineering consulting area,and provides useful implications for practical management.
