摘要：介绍了星点设计-效应面优化法的基本原理和操作步骤,综述了该方法在处方筛选和优化中的实际应用,并分析了星点设计-效应面优化法与其他数据处理方法结合的设计试验,证明了其拥有很高的推广价值。
In this thesis, the fundamental principles and operation steps of central composite design, response surface methodology and the application of prescription screening and optimization which is based extensive literature are introduced. And analyzes the central composite design, response surface methodology combined with other data processing method of test, proves that it has a very high value of promotion.
