摘要:本文以金属铬粉弥散增韧氧化铝陶瓷为研究对象,具体地探讨了增韧的结果与两相界面结合强度之间的关系.试验结果表明,约有25%的铬颗粒与基体裂纹发生桥联作用,并且产生一定的颈缩塑性变形,从而吸收能量达到增韧的目的.基体对颗粒的变形具有一定的约束作用,较高的界面结合强度使得铬颗粒在很小的塑性变形下发生脆断,而较低的界面结合强度将导致颗粒的拔出.
In this paper the relationship between the toughening efficiency and the intercede strength was studied with Al2O3/Cr composites. Experiments show that about 25% of chromium particles interact with cracks,and stretch as the cracks propagate, thus contributing to the toughness. Because of the constraint of the elastic matrix, the bridging chromium particles are fractured under a little deformation for high interface strength, and are pulled out for low interface strength.
