摘要:爆破片安全泄放装置作为防止超高压容器发生灾难性超压的最后一道安全屏障,有着举足轻重的作用。针对超高压容器提出了3种新型结构的爆破片安全泄放装置,对其密封结构提出了尺寸确定的理论依据,并利用数值模拟分析法对密封性能和爆破性能开展了试验验证工作,进一步验证新型超高压爆破片安全泄放装置整体结构的安全性和可靠性。
As the last safety barrier,the bursting disc safety release device plays an important role in preventing the catastrophic overpressure of ultrahigh pressure vessel.In this paper,three new structures of bursting disc safety release devices were proposed for ultrahigh pressure vessels.The theoretical basis for determining the dimension of the sealing structure of the device was also put forward.Meanwhile,the sealing performance and bursting performance were verified by experiments based on numerical simulation analysis,which further verified the safety and reliability of the whole structure of the new safety release device with ultrahigh pressure bursting disc.
