摘要：文章基于不同来源地进口品的技术复杂度差异,运用修正的明瑟工资方程,结合CGSS2015微观个体调查数据和相关省级层面数据,研究了进口贸易引致的替代效应和技能偏向型技术进步效应对我国技能工资差距的影响。研究发现:(1)从发展中经济体进口对我国低技能劳动产生了显著替代效应,自发达经济体进口则显著替代了中等技能劳动;(2)源于发达经济体的进口具有显著的技能偏向型技术进步效应,但主要作用于中、高技能劳动;(3)进口对我国劳动力市场技能结构和技能工资溢价的最终影响,取决于两种效应的相对大小。总体而言,进口贸易趋向于加剧我国技能溢价现象,解释了我国劳动力市场技能结构变迁和技能工资差距扩大的贸易原因。文章最后还讨论了上述结论的政策含义。
Based on a modified Mincer wage equation and combined with the CGSS2015 micro-individual survey database and customs-level data,the paper studies the effect of substitution and skill-biased technological advancement on the skill wage gap caused by import trade in China.It is found that:(1)In China,imports from developing countries have a significant substitution effect on low-skilled labor,while imports from developed economies have significantly replaced medium-skilled labor;(2)Imports from developed economies have significant skill-biased technological changes effects,but mainly for medium-and high-skilled labor;(3)The final impact of imports on China's labor market skill structure and skill wage premium depends on the relative size of the two effects.In general,import trade tends to aggravate China's skill premium phenomenon,explaining the trade reason for the changes in China's labor market skill structure and the widening of the wage gap between skills.The paper also discusses the policy implications of the above conclusions.
