摘要:NOVELTY - Urea-formaldehyde resin microcapsules material with capsule core semi-filled structure is claimed. The inner part of microcapsule is a stable semi-filled hollow structure. USE - Used as urea-formaldehyde resin microcapsules material with capsule core semi-filled structure. ADVANTAGE - The microcapsules material: has simple preparation process, high structural strength, and strong stability; and utilizes easily available raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the microcapsules materials, comprising (i) taking two different liquids having different volatility as a core material, completely mixing to obtain a homogeneous phase; (ii) taking urea and formaldehyde, reacting to obtain urea-formaldehyde resin wall material, adding mixed core material, raising the temperature to 50-60 degrees C, preserving the temperature and reacting for 3-4 hours, cooling, filtering and drying to obtain microcapsule wall material powder. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the urea-formaldehyde resin microcapsules material with capsule core semi-filled structure.
