摘要:以花生壳为载体制备负载纳米铁的吸附材料,对其进行材料表征,并考察了其吸附除磷性能和重复使用的效果。结果表明:负载在花生壳上的氧化铁颗粒呈球形,粒径约为30~100 nm;随着浸渍铁盐浓度的提高,花生壳上铁的负载量、比表面积、吸附容量等都有不同程度的提高。载纳米铁花生壳吸附除磷的适宜pH值为6~7。吸附了磷的吸附剂可用稀氢氧化钠溶液再生,经过2个吸附-再生循环之后,吸附和再生的效果均趋于稳定,具有良好的应用前景。
Nano-iron immobilized on peanut hells was prepared and characterized,and then its performance in phosphorus adsorption and reusability were studied. The results showed that the iron oxides loaded on peanut hulls were spherical and the particle diameter was approximately 30 to 100 nm. As the iron concentration increased,the mass fraction of iron,specific surface area,and phosphate adsorption capacity of the nano-ironloaded peanut hulls increased. The most suitable pH value for phosphorus adsorption by nano-iron-loaded peanut hulls was between 6. 0 and 7. 0. The used adsorbent could be regenerated by using a dilute sodium hydroxide solution. After two cycles of adsorption and regeneration,the adsorption and regeneration performance of the adsorbent became stable. This indicates great application potential.
