摘要：青年教师是学校的未来,大学的发展离不开青年教师。在入职培训过程中,了解新入职教师的职业期待和理想追求,为促进青年教师的专业成长和学校发展做出努力,是我们开展新教师入职培训系列调查研究的初衷。本文对5年的问卷调查结果进行分析,探究了2009—2013年新入职教师的精神状态和入职需求,了解了他们对于自身成长、学校发展和大学教育的思考。结果显示,新入职教师总体上对新工作充满热情,有职业目标和志向,对学校发展充满期待,有意愿为学校管理工作服务,并希望个人的职业追求能与学校事业的发展紧密结合。
Based on questionnaire survey,this article explores the new teachers＇ mental state and occupational demand,as well as their thoughts about personal growth,university development and university education from 2008 to 2013.According to the survey,In general the new teachers are enthusiastic about their new jobs,they have career goals and aspirations,they are full of expectation for the university development,they are willing to work for the university management services,and suggest improvements to the induction training.Based on this,we need to improve the induction training further,optimize the management system of teachers,mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers,in order to promote the professional growth of teachers and university development.
