摘要:本文探讨了成孔剂和烧结温度对钛酸铝多孔陶瓷性能的影响。研究表明:不同成孔剂对显气孔率的影响不同。成孔剂含量提高,显气孔率增加,但不宜过量。烧结温度上升,强度和化学稳定性提高,显气孔率和热膨胀系数下降。
The effects of pore-forming materials and sintering temperature on the properties of porous aluminum ti-tanate ceramics are investigated. The results showed that apparent porosity raised with an increase of pore-forming material content,and the values varied with kinds of pore-forming materials. One the other hand, porosity and thermal expansion coefficient reduced,whereas bending strength and chemical durability increased with-rising of sintering temperature.
