摘要：随着制度理论的研究转向与创业实践的蓬勃发展,新创企业合法性研究在纵深发展的同时也呈现出新的发展动向。基于合法性框架,本文围绕合法性概念、合法性影响、合法性评判、合法性标准与合法性变化五大核心议题梳理了新创企业合法性研究的发展线索。在此基础上,根据时空权变性(静态—动态)与评判差异化(同质—异质)两个维度构建分类框架,分析和归纳新创企业合法性研究的不同思路与取向,指出该领域整体上由“静态同质”转向“动态异质”的发展路径。本文指出未来研究可以进一步探索合法性门槛的多重性与动态性、合法性标准的异质性与动态性、媒体呈现作为合法性评判依据与获取工具等议题,同时对跨制度情境的比较分析与中国情境下新创企业合法性研究提出建议与展望。
With the development of institutional theory and entrepreneurial practice,new agendas emerge in the field of new venture legitimacy.Based on the framework of legitimacy,it reviewed relevant literature around five core issues including the concept of legitimacy,the influence of legitimacy,legitimacy judgment,legitimacy criterion,and legitimacy change.It constructed a classification framework based on two dimensions of historical contingency(staticdynamic)and judgment differentiation(homogeneous-heterogeneous),and then analyzed different approaches and orientations of existing research,and points out that the development of research on the legitimacy of new ventures follows the trajectory from“static-homogeneous”to“dynamic-heterogeneous”.By revealing limitations of existing research,it suggests that future studies could further explore the multiplicity and dynamics of legitimacy thresholds,the heterogeneity and dynamics of legitimacy criteria,and media presentation as criterion for legitimacy judgment as well as tool for legitimacy acquisition.It also provides suggestions on comparative institutional analysis and studying the new venture legitimacy in China.
