This paper summarizcd the special advantages of the renewable energy-PV power with the most promising;high attention to PV power was paid by developed countries and they bring into effect financial investment and policy support;the rapid development and extensive application about technique and industry of PV power;the growth rate,the ability of PV power and the industry-target of PV industry in the 21st century on developed countries.
