摘要:通过分析大量的石化系统储罐失效事故案例,确定储罐的损伤机理和失效模式,并对其事故树分析.借鉴API580和W.kent Muhlbauer的管道风险评价方法,开发出专门针对储罐的RBI定性评价方法,对RBI方法进行了软件开发,并将开发的方法和软件应用于某石化装置中的大型地上储罐,获得良好的结果.
Tank is a kind storage equipment of gas and liquid chemicals, which is one of the important parts of petrochemical facilities. Once the tank leaks, it will not only cause the environmental pollution, but also cause significant fire and explosion accident, so it is very important to make risk assessment for the storage tank. This article determines the damage mechanisms and failure modes by analyzing massive petrochemical storage tanks failure cases, then implement the fault tree analysis. Based on API580 and the W. kent Muhlbauer pipeline risk assessment method, we develop the storage tank RBI qualitative assessment method, and develop the relevant software for the RBI method. Finally an evaluation of several storage tanks of one petrochemical plant with the developed RBI methods and software was carried out, which resulted in a satisfactory assessment.
