摘要:以空气射流真空器为研究对象,采用FLUENT软件对其内部流场进行数值模拟,得出空气射流真空器内部流场的速度和压强的分布云图。分析了一定工况下,面积比、吸入段锥角、喉嘴距、喉管长度和扩散段锥角对空气射流真空器残余压强的影响,得到较优的结构参数,为空气射流真空器的设计和研究提供一定的理论支持。
Taking the air-jet vacuum pump as the research object and utilizing the software of FLU- ENT to simulate the flow fields of air-jet vacuum, the distributions of velocity and pressure are obtained. In a certain operating condition, the influences of the structure parameters ratio of areas, angle of mixing section, distance between nozzle exit and inlet of throat section, length of throat section, and angle of diffuser section on the remaining pressure in air-jet vacuum pump are analyzed. The research offered the optimum structure parameters, which is very helpful for the design and research of air-jet vacuum pump.
