摘要:This work developed a novel membrane SPE coupling solid-phase fluorescence detection method. An integrated device was designed to realize continuous sample pretreatment and in-situ solid-phase fluorescence detection. The proposed method can recognize trace p-phenylenediamine based on the p-phenylenediamine (PPD) and fluorescamine (FA) reaction. The reaction can produce a fluorescent derivative FA@PPD, generating a strong fluorescence emission at 506.5 nm. The FA@PPD can be enriched efficiently by the membrane SPE, thus providing a novel sensing method for solid-phase fluorescence detection of PPD in the ranges of 2.0 - 100.0 μg/L.
