摘要：中国经济新常态为创新发展传统经济增长理论分析范式提供了重要契机。中国作为发展中大国,其经济赶超的丰富经验有别于立足于发达型经济体基础上的增长理论和一般分析框架。中国赶超型经济增长的实践经验及其面临的挑战、未来的创新转型等充分体现了大国赶超型经济增长的决定因素、一般规律和演变趋势,初步形成了独特的赶超型经济增长理论和框架。新常态下的中国经济增长,本质是中国赶超型经济增长进入了新阶段,传统速度型赶超增长模式亟待转型和创新。因此,新常态下的中国经济赶超型增长的基本趋势和方向并未改变,改变的是赶超型经济增长的方式和条件,其核心是摈弃单纯的速度型赶超方式,追求可持续的、有质量、有竞争力的赶超型增长。围绕经济新常态下中国实现高质量的持续的赶超型经济增长的新目标,中国未来的赶超型增长亟待新动力、新结构、新体制、新开放、新调控的创新发展。这将贯穿未来中国经济持续赶超和稳定增长的全过程,也必将贯穿未来中国全面深化改革和创新发展的全过程。
China＇s economic new normal provides an important opportunity for the innovation and development of traditional economic growth theory and its analysis paradigm, China＇s catching-up growth and its practical experiences, the challenges, and its innovation and transformation in future, fully reflects the determinants of economic growth, the general rules and the new trends of the big the country to catching-up in economy, which also can initially form a unique ＂catching-up＂ growth theories and frameworks. In terms of new normal, the essence of China＇s catch-up economic growth means that China＇s economy has entered a new stage means the traditional model of catching-up with the growth pattern to make a transformation and innovation. Therefore, under the new norm of Chinese economy, the tendency and direction of China＇s catching-up growth has not changed, but there have to make more policies to change its old growth resources and pursue more sustainable, more quality, and more competitive catching-up growth. In terms of these, China＇s economy needs new impetuses, new structures, new systems, new opens, new regulations and developments. This will run through the whole processes of China＇s sustained economic growth and of China＇s comprehensive deepening reform and innovation in the future.
