摘要:根据硼酸能与多羟基化合物形成复盐阴离子的特性,本文以葡萄糖为模型物质设计了两条脱糖路线:离子交换法除去葡萄糖-硼酸复盐阴离子和硼酸型阴树脂络合吸附葡萄糖。实验结果表明,使用大孔强碱性阴离子交换树脂D201,两种方法对葡萄糖的动态交换容量分别为0.559 和0.494m m ol/m l;脱糖率可达90% 以上;用红霉素作试验表明该法能应用于从碱性物质发酵液中脱糖。
In this paper two methods for removal of saccharides were tested based on the fact that polyols form complex anions with boric acid, taking glucose as a model substance: 1. Removal of glucose borate complex anion by ion exchange; 2. Using an anion exchange resin in borate form to adsorb glucose. Experimental results showed: when using macroporous strong-based anion exchange resin D201, the dynamic exchange capacities of these two methods were 0.559 and 0.494mmol/ml respectively. Removal of saccharides in both case were over 90%. Experiments of adsorbing erythromycin showed that these methods can be used to remove saccharides from fermentation broth of basic bioproducts.
