摘要:采用一锅法乳液聚合设计和合成了含UCNPs(上转换纳米颗粒)的纳米凝胶体系。通过对NG(聚合物纳米凝胶)一锅法制备方法的探索,并加入含双键和氨基的UCNPs,采用共价键结合法将无机纳米颗粒与NG复合后,构建了UCNP-NG(上转换纳米凝胶)。研究结果表明:氨基有利于后续光敏剂的吸附,从而可形成稳定的UCNP-Ce6-NG(含光敏剂Ce6的上转换纳米凝胶);NG明显改善了UCNPs的水溶性,提高了UCNP-NG的稳定性和生物相容性;该UCNP-NG无毒、环保且比表面积较大,在生物医学等方面具有潜在的应用价值。
The nanogel system with UCNPs(upconversion nanoparticles) was designed and synthesized by one-pot emulsion polymerization method. First, the one-pot method for preparing NG (polymer nanogel) was explored, then the UCNPs with double-bond and amino were introduced into system, so the UCNP-NG (upconversion nanogel) was builded by covalent bond conjugation of polyblend between inorganic nanoparticles and NG. The research results showed that the amino is helpful for adsorption of subsequent photosensitizer, which can form the stable UCNP-Ce6-NG(upconversion nanogel with photosensitizer Ce6). The NG can obviously improve the water-solubility of UCNPs, and can improve the stability and biocompatibility of UCNP-NG. The UCNP-NG had the some advantages (such as non-toxic, environmental protection, and biggish specific surface area), so it had the potential application value in biomedicine and other aspects.
