摘要：目的:运用数据挖掘技术,发现阿片类药物依赖针灸治疗的用穴规律。方法:收集针灸治疗阿片类药物依赖的相关文献,建立阿片类药物依赖针灸治疗数据库,利用Excel、Weka和自编程序进行穴位的频次分析及关联规则挖掘。结果:源于149篇文献的186条数据元素组成的阿片类药依赖针灸治疗数据库中,用穴频次居于前五的经穴足三里、三阴交、内关、合谷和神门构成了穴-穴、症-穴、研究对象-穴、毒品-穴和戒毒分期-穴等关联规则中的穴位主体。结论:阿片类药物依赖针灸治疗可参考发掘出的关联规则进行辨症施治。
Objective ：To explore the acupoint selection rules in the acumox treatment for opioid dependence with data mining technologies. Method：The database of acumox treatment for opioid dependence was established after literature col- lection, Excel, Weka and self - compiled program were used to analyze the frequency of selected acupoints and find their association rules. Results ：The database of acumox treatment for opioid dependence was composed of 186 data elements from 149 articles, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Neiguan, Hegu and Shenmen, which are the 5 most frequently used acupoints, pla- ying key roles in the association rules of acupoint- acupoint, symptom- acupoint, subject- acupoint, drug- acupoint and abstinence stage -acupoint. Conclusion：The acumox treatment for opioid dependence can take the found association rules for reference and apply symptom differentiating method.
