摘要：数据化时代下社区信息治理体系是基层社会治理体系的重要组成部分。社区信息治理体系的发展理念、信息价值以及具体思路对于提升社会治理效能具有重大意义。在抗击新冠肺炎疫情期间,社区防控的信息症结及对社区信息治理的内在需求显示,信息是基层治理的基础。社区信息治理体系重构旨在达成"以人民为中心"的信息资源开发、以数据为本的信息资源集成和以整合为目标的社区信息治理机制化运作。以信息治理为牵引,是社区治理转型升级的关键,也是推进基层社会治理体系和治理能力现代化的切入点。
The community information governance system in the data age is an important part of the basic social governance system.The development concept,information value and specific ideas of the community information governance system are of great significance for improving the effectiveness of social governance.During the fight against Novel Coronavirus(COVID-19),the information crux of community prevention and control and the inherent demand for community information governance show that information is the foundation of grassroots governance.The reconstruction of the community information governance system aims to achieve"peoplecentered"information resource development,data-based information resource integration,and the operation of community information governance with integration as the goal.Taking information governance as the traction is the key to the transformation and upgrading of community governance,and it is also the starting point to promote the modernization of grassroots social governance systems and governance capabilities.
