摘要:通过实验测试及受力模型的分析,研究粘附于固体壁面上的油滴在剪切水流作用下的变形及运动规律.实验中用相机记录油滴变形及爬行过程,图像后处理得到描述油滴变形及位移的主要参数,采用受力平衡模型分析油滴在剪切水流下的受力机理.研究表明所建立的受力模型具有较好的相关性,能够对实验体系下油滴变形及初始运动时的受力状况进行合理的描述.
In this paper,experimental tests and force model analysis were used to study the deformation and movement of oil droplets adhered to the solid wall surface under shear flow.In the experiment,the camera was used to record the deformation and crawling motion process of the oil droplets,and the main parameters describing the deformation and displacement of the oil droplets were obtained through image post-processing.The force distribution mechanism of the oil droplets under the shear water flow is analyzed by the force balance model.The research shows that the established force model has a good correlation and can reasonably describe the deformation of the oil droplets in the experimental system and the stress state during the initial movement.
