摘要:提出一种新型结构的柱面弧形油楔推力滑动轴承。该结构推力滑动轴承具有便于加工、正反转承载能力相同等优点。运用有关流体润滑理论,建立数学模型,通过离散化进行数值求解,详细研究了该轴承主要结构参数对轴承润滑性能的影响规律,得出最佳结构参数范围,为其结构设计提供了理论支撑。
A new type thrust bearing with cylinder arc pad face was put forward. This thrust bearing is easy to manufacture, and has same loading capacity in positive and negative rotation. The math model of thrust bearing was built based on the related lubrication theory. Through disperse and numerical solution, the influences of the key structure parameters on the lubrication properties of the thrust bearing were analyzed. The optimum structure parameters of the thrust bearing was found, which is very helpful for the design in practice.
