摘要：政府资助虽然在企业(尤其是社会创业企业)发展中起到了积极的推进作用,但资助期后社会创业企业所面临的突如其来的资源约束引发了持续创造经济和社会价值的挑战。通过长期深入了解中国西南地区某县政府资助的社会创业企业在资助期后的决策和活动,本研究构建了基于社会资本的社会创业企业持续双重价值创造整合模型。首先,我们明确了资助期后政府资助遗留主要包括资源传承和价值传承;其次,我们发现政府资助遗留更新了社会创业企业的价值观,并提出了在新价值观下对现有资源的审查机制;最后,我们丰富了对资源移动战略的理解,提出了4种资源优化战略,并强调社会资本是资源拼凑的核心要素。本研究对政府资助遗留影响、社会创业企业资源拼凑,及创业资源移动战略等领域做出了理论贡献。
Although government sponsorship is proactive in fostering firms especially social startups,the sudden resource constraints when sponsorship ends will bring government-induced social startups challenges to continue creating economic and social value.Through a long-run in-depth understanding of the decision making and activities of a county government-induced social startup in Southwest China after sponsorship,we develop an integrated model through social capital inherited from the government.First,we clarify that government legacy contains resource inheritance and value inheritance.Second,we find that government legacy renews the value of social startups in evaluating resources.Third,we enrich the understanding of resource mobilization by explicating the four strategies of resource optimization and stressing social capital as the essence of resource bricolage.Our study contributes to governmental interventions,the resource bricolage of social startups,and entrepreneurial resource mobilization.
