摘要：NOVELTY - Zwitterionic-type antistatic agent comprises 100 pts. wt. methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride, 10-45 pts. wt. sodium styrene sulfonate, 10-45 pts. wt. styrene, 1-5 pts. wt. initiator, 1-5 pts. wt. emulsifier and 70-200 pts. wt. deionized water. The methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride is 65-75% methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride aqueous solution. Content of sodium styrene sulfonate is 85-95 wt.%. The initiator is potassium persulfate or sodium persulfate. USE - Zwitterionic-type antistatic agent used for acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product is non-toxic and environment-friendly, has low cost, low surface resistance and good heat resistance and provides surface resistivity of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene material to 106-107 ohms. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Zwitterionic-type antistatic agent comprises 100 pts. wt. methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride, 10-45 pts. wt. sodium styrene sulfonate, 10-45 pts. wt. styrene, 1-5 pts. wt. initiator, 1-5 pts. wt. emulsifier and 70-200 pts. wt. deionized water. The methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride is 65-75% methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride aqueous solution. Content of sodium styrene sulfonate is 85-95 wt.%. The initiator is potassium persulfate or sodium persulfate. The emulsifier is cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, sodium lauryl sulfate, alkylphenol ethoxylates and/or nonylphenol ethoxylates. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of zwitterionic-type antistatic agent comprising taking deionized water, adding emulsifier, magnetically stirring, dropwisely adding methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride, sodium styrene sulfonate and styrene monomer, stirring to prepare pre-emulsion, dissolving initiator in deionized water to form initiator solution, adding 1/3 of pre-emulsion and 1/3 initiator solution into four-necked flask, placing in water bath, stirring, incubating for 30 minutes to prepare seed emulsion where reaction temperature is 50-55 degrees C and stirring rate is 200-300 revolutions/minute, dropwisely adding the remaining pre emulsion and initiator solution into seed emulsion, reacting at 65-75 degrees C, heating at 75-85 degrees C for 2-3 hours, precipitating with anhydrous ethanol, washing and drying under vacuum at 70-85 degrees C.
